Rainy day for reading, laundry, eating, photography, antiquity, and a visit to the hospital where Vincent Van Gogh recuperated.
Day trip to Aix-En-Provence and a wonderful meal at the “Philosopher’s Cafe”. Classic painted doors of Provence, wider boulevards, and an interesting museum with some Cezanne to fill out the day.
Good day walking around Paris, seeing old friend Scott Herr, Pastor of the American Church. Thoroughly battered feet by day’s end!
A day of gatherings with grandmother Peggy and amongst neighbors of Bluemont, Virginia.
